Linda Paterson Jewellery values its past, present and future clients and colleagues. We have taken measures to provide information security in support of this value.

Information is collected by Linda Paterson Jewellery in order to process a client’s purchase. Our agreement with VISA requires that we obtain both credit card and telephone information from our clients. All credit card information is processed with VISA within 24 hours. We retain the credit card slips for the legally required 6 years. At the end of the 6 year period, credit card slips are destroyed by shredding. All client information is stored in a secured location.

In the event of subcontracting or other third party contracts, the other party(ies) must verify that they have in place a privacy protection process that matches or exceeds that of Linda Paterson Jewellery.

Through the Linda Paterson Jewellery website, we neither track nor keep a record of browsers to our website.

Linda Paterson Jewellery responds to public enquiries with courtesy and efficiency, ensuring that our respondent understands the nature of the enquiry, the expectation of the enquirer, and the timeframe in which the enquirer may expect a response. This information is returned to the enquirer to verify understanding.
